Accommodation, all meals, in-region transport, certified guides, cultural programming, gear-library access, and verified carbon-offset contributions. Excluded: international flights, personal technical kit, travel insurance, and visas.
We grade every route T1 to T5 — see the spec sheet on the expeditions catalogue. T2 routes suit motivated first-timers; T5 routes require months of altitude conditioning and recent multi-day trekking experience. We'll never sell you above your grade.
3–6 months is comfortable. Permit-restricted routes (Everest, Annapurna, Toubkal) need 6–8 months minimum. Cancellation slots open occasionally — we maintain a short-notice list, ask about it.
Mandatory. Coverage must include medical, evacuation (helicopter if applicable), and trip cancellation. We can introduce you to two providers who specialise in adventure travel and don't have small-print exclusions for altitudes above 4,500 m.
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher — all accommodated when you tell us at booking. We coordinate directly with each host community 4 weeks before departure.
